FairyPan

Aside from the great cupcakes offered by Fairy pan, there’s also a great story behind the name. The name was given to the founder, pastry chef Silvia Stocchino by a dear friend which was basically translated verbatim from Italian which describes a fairy with a pan (instead of a wand). A taste of her baking shows that fairies don’t just collect tooth and make little boys fly but also make a mouth-watering cupcake and ooh so yummy pastries.

Opening to the public in 2014 fairy pan has become the home of the warmest, freshest, made with love and passion cupcakes. For proof of this try their red velvet cupcake topped with a blob of cream cheese frosting or their Triple chocolate; with a dark chocolate base, chocolate ganache filling and chocolate fudge buttercream frosting and toppings of dark chocolate curls (mamma mia!!!)
